Services
Tidewater Tech Solutions provides software development, system integration, and technical consulting services based on agreed project scope and requirements. All services are delivered in accordance with documented agreements between the business and the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and all necessary information required for the completion of services. Delays in communication or provision of materials may affect delivery timelines.
Project Scope and Changes
All work is carried out based on the agreed scope. Any changes or additional requirements outside the original scope may require adjustments to timelines, costs, and deliverables.
Payments
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Tidewater Tech Solutions reserves the right to pause or withhold services where agreed payments are not fulfilled as scheduled.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of completed and delivered work is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Tidewater Tech Solutions retains the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential components developed during the project.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes business data, technical documentation, and any proprietary information.
Limitation of Liability
Tidewater Tech Solutions will take reasonable steps to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered systems. However, the business is not liable for indirect losses, operational disruptions, or damages resulting from the use of delivered software.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project based on the terms outlined in the project agreement. Work completed up to the point of termination may be billed accordingly.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
